When I think of Bass Pro Shops and Cabela’s, my mind is usually on fishing gear, hunting equipment, and the latest outdoor gadgets. But there’s a hidden gem at our favorite outdoor stores that’s perfect for updating the closet. I recently was invited to checkout the women’s Natural Reflections fall collection to give my wardrobe an update this season.

I ended up visiting Cabela’s in Woodbury which is the closest location to me. I’m excited to show you what I put in my cart and my thoughts on this super versatile collection that I’m now wearing on a weekly basis.

Versatility in Every Stitch

Fall fashion is all about layering and versatility, and the Natural Reflections line nails it. Whether you’re in need of outerwear, shackets (shirt-jackets), flannel shirts, cozy sweaters, durable pants, trendy leggings, beanies, or scarves, this collection has you covered. What’s so great is how effortlessly these pieces can be mixed and matched to create various looks that suit your style. I find myself mixing and matching these items with things I already own and dressing it up or down depending on the occasion. Let’s dive into some of my top picks!

Note: I’m wearing X-Small or Small for all items in my list below. I would say everything ran just a tiny bit big but the oversized look is what I wanted for most tops.

Outfit #1

⬆ Natural Reflections Rib Knit Long Sleeve Shirt Jacket: This gem is like a warm hug. It's perfect as a shirt or a lightweight jacket, making it a versatile piece for those unpredictable fall days.

Knit Leggings: Leggings are great no matter the season and these knit leggings are especially perfect for fall. It comes in lovely neutral colors that will go with anything, as well as some fun patterns (see plaid version a few outfits below).

⬆ Fireside Flannel Button-Down Long Sleeve Shirt: When you think of fall, you think flannel. These flannel shirts are ultra soft and high quality! Layer it over a sweater as a shacket or put it over a tee as a casual flannel. I think it looks so good over the the overstated collar of the Cable Quarter-Zip Pullover. 

Knit Utility Leggings: These utility leggings combine style and functionality with pockets that remind me of cargo pants while more fitted and comfortable.

Ribbed Cuffed Beanie: Complete the outfit from head to toe with this ribbed beanie. I love the neutral grey/white color because it'll go with any casual fall outfit.

⬆ Natural Reflections Sherpa Jean Jacket: Take a classic jean jacket style, line it with sherpa, and you've got the ultimate cozy-chic look for fall. This is so soft and feels like I'm wearing a teddy bear. It also comes in a cabernet color which I love!

Cozy Curly Sherpa Hat: Embracing the chill in style with this cozy curly sherpa cap! This is the hat of the season. It's warm and sporty yet super chic. The color is a little warmer than the Sherpa Jean Jacket but matches so well.

Natural Reflections Caliber Boots: I'm stepping into autumn with these chunky combat style boots. These stylish and rugged boots are perfect for outdoor adventures, they're comfortable, and matches every outfit with its neutral tone.

⬆ Fleece Shirt Jacket: For those chilly days when you need extra warmth, this fleece shirt jacket is a stylish lifesaver. I dig olive as a fall color paired with a burgundy sweater – an autumnal staple. Roll the sleeves up for a more casual look. 

Cozy Time Ribbed Long Sleeve Tunic: This tunic looks so stylish untucked or tucked. It's super soft and I love it with this Fleece Shirt Jacket. Pair it all with the Knit Utility Leggings to complete the look.

Fun Fringe Scarf by Natural Reflections: Add a touch of flair and fun to complete the look with a soft plaid scarf. This one is fairly wide so it can be worn as a shawl or looped around the neck like a chunky infinity scarf.

Natural Reflections Cuffed Pom Beanie: Make this outfit complete with the can't-go-wrong fall accessory – a beanie! With a cozy knit, stylish pom-pom, and cuffed design, it keeps you warm and trendy all season long.

⬆ Natural Reflections Shawl Shirt Jacket: There's nothing that says "I feel put together" more than a full outfit complete with outerwear like this shawl shirt jacket. It's versatile because it can be layered with so many different kinds of tops and dresses. I see it as a transitional item for these autumn days when weather can be unpredictable. ⬆ Natural Reflections Plaid Button-Down Short Sleeve Dress: Time for something dressy! This tunic-style dress (with pockets!) is another versatile addition to the fall wardrobe. Its timeless plaid pattern and breathable design make it ideal for this transitional season. It feels more casual and comfortable without a belt but if you're into a more fitted look, you can definitely add a casual belt. Wear it bare-legged on warmer days or add some Knit Leggings on cooler days.

Natural Reflections for the Casual But Put-Together Gal

Bass Pro Shops and Cabela’s might be famous for outdoor gear, but they also understand the importance of a complete shopping experience. For me, I want to look good and feel good on my everyday adventures.
