I’m currently LOLing over the title of this blog post. I laugh at my own jokes so you don’t have to ;). We are well into the month of March. In the midwest, there’s often a lull this time of year. Well, it’s finally February. By now, most of us are likely itching for warmer weather, yearning to shed some layers, and escape the indoors where we are shielding ourselves from the bitter cold. Introducing… the Lil Hotdish.

When I first saw the Lil Hotdish, it was far from love at first sight. I found it while scrolling through my Craigslist app looking for a fish house. Minnesotans love their fish houses.
